審議経過

朕は、昭和二十一年法律第十六號（地方稅法及び地方分與稅法の一部を改正する法律）の施行期日を定める勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My sasction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the Determination of the Enforcement Date of Law No. 16 of 1946 (the Law regarding the Partial Amendments to the Local Tax Law and Local Apportionment Tax Law), and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 471
昭和二十一年法律第十六號中地方稅法第一條及び第八十五條ノ十一乃至第八十五條ノ十四の改正規定は、昭和二十一年十月五日から、これを施行する。
The amended provisions of Article 1 and Article 85-(11) to 85-(14) of the Local Tax Law in Law No. 16, of 1946, shall come into force as from October 5, 1946.
