審議経過

朕は、昭和二十一年法律第二十七號（府縣制の一部を改正する法律）の施行期日を定める勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance fixing the Enforcement Date of the Law No. 27 of the twenty-first year of Showa (the Law Amending a Part of the Law concerning the Organization of Urban and Rural Prefectures) and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 463
昭和二十一年法律第二十七號は、道府縣會議員の選擧に關する規定（同法附則第十五項及び第十六項の規定を除く。）を除き、昭和二十一年十月五日から、これを施行する。
Law No. 27 of the twenty-first year of Showa shall, with the exception of the provisions in respect to the provisions concerning the election of the members of the assembly of a district of urban or rural prefecture (excepting the provisions of Pars. 15 and 16 of the Additional Provisions of the same Law), come into force as from October 5, 1946.
