審議経過

朕は、大正十一年勅令第三百三十九號借地借家調停の手數料等に關する件の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning partial amendments to be made to the Imperial Ordinance No. 339 of 1922 relating to the commission, etc. concerning the mediation about leased lands and rented houses and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 450
大正十一年勅令第三百三十九號の一部を次のやうに改正する。
The following amendments shall be made to a part of Imperial Ordinance No. 339 of 1922:
第二條中「二十錢」を「五十錢」に改める。
In Article 2 "20 sen" shall read "50 sen."
第三條中「八圓」を「二十五圓」に、「十五圓」を「四十圓」に改める。
In Article 3 "8 yen" shall read "25 yen." and "15 yen" shall read "40 yen."
第四條中「二十五錢」を「八十錢」に改める。
In Article 4 "25 sen" shall read "80 sen."
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、昭和二十一年十月一日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from October 1, 1946.
