I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance determining the date of enforcement of the Law concerning the partial amendment of the Law No. 9 of the 21st year of Sohwa (1949), pertaining to the Postal Savings and others, and cause the same to be promulgated.

The provisions of Articles 2 and 3 of the Law No. 9 of the 21st year of Showa (1946), shall come into force as from October 1 of the 21st year of Showa (1946).
