審議経過

朕は、昭和二十年勅令第五百四十二號ポツダム宣言の受諾に伴ひ發する命令に關する件に基き昭和二十一年勅令第八十二號永樂土地建物株式會社の財產の取引の制限等に關する勅令を廢止する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the abrogation of the Imperial Ordinance No. 82 of 1946 under the Imperial Ordinance No. 542 of 1945 concerning the orders to be issued in consequence of the acceptance of the Potsdam Declaration and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 418
昭和二十一年勅令第八十二號は、これを廢止する。
Imperial Ordinance No. 82 of 1946 shall be abrogated.
附　則
Supplementary Provisions:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
This Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
この勅令施行前になした行爲に關する罰則の適用については、舊令は、なほその效力を有する。
As to the application of penalty provisions to any act committed before the enforcement of this Ordinance, the old ordinance shall still remain valid.
