齒科醫師國家試驗委員官制
Regulations governing the Organization of the State Examination Committee for Dentists
第一條　齒科醫師國家試驗委員（以下試驗委員といふ。）は、厚生大臣の監督に屬し、齒科醫師國家試驗（以下試驗といふ。）に關する事務を管掌する。
Article 1.　The State Examination Committee for Dentists (to be called the Examination Committee hereinafter) is under the superintendence of the Minister of Welfare, and takes charge of business relating to the State Examination Committee for Dentists (to be called the Examination hereinafter).
第二條　試驗委員は、委員長及び委員を以て、これを組織する。
Article 2.　The Examination Committee shall be composed of a chairman and members of committee.
第三條　委員長は、齒科醫師國家試驗審議會會長を以て、これに充てる。
Article 3.　The Chairman shall be appropriated with President of the State Examination Inquiry Committee for Dentists.
委員の內半數は、齒科大學又は齒科醫學專門學校の學長若しくは校長又は齒科の敎授若しくは助敎授のうちから、半數は、齒科醫業に從事し、齒科大學又は齒科醫學專門學校の敎職員又は役員でない齒科醫師のうちから、厚生大臣の奏請により、內閣でこれを命ずる。
Half the committeemen shall be appointed from among presidents of dental universities, directors of dental colleges, professors or assistant professors of dental faculties, and the other half shall be appointed not from among those who are the professors or the staff of dental universities or dental colleges but from among those who are engaging in dental professions. by the Cabinet through the recommendation of the Minister of Welfare.
厚生大臣は、前項の奏請をなす場合は、齒科醫師國家試驗審議會に諮問し、その意見を徵しなければならない。
In case of making the above petition the Minister of Welfare shall inquire of the State Examination Inquiry Commttiee and solicit the views thereof.
官吏でない者で委員を命ぜられた者は、二級官待遇とする。
If those who are not government officials have been appointed committeemen shall be treated as the second class officials.
第四條　委員の任期は、一年とする。
Article 4.　Committeeman's term of office shall be one year.
委員は、任期滿了後は、引き續き委員となることはできない。
He shall not be in the same office after the expiration of his term of office.
第五條　委員長は、試驗に關する事務を總理する。
Article 5.　The Chairman presides over business relating to the examination.
第六條　委員は、委員長の指揮を承け、試驗に關する事務を分掌する。
Article 6.　Committeeman, under the superintendence of the chairman, shall share in business relating to the examination.
第七條　齒科醫師國家試驗主事二人を置き、厚生省の二級官吏のうちから、厚生大臣がこれを命ずる。
Article 7.　Two secretaries of the State Examination for Dentists shall be appointed and the Minister of Welfare shall appoint them from among the second class officials of the Ministry of Welfare.
主事は、委員長の指揮を承け、試驗に關する庶務を整理する。
Those secretaries, under the direction of the chairman, shall make adjustment of general affairs relating to the examination.
第八條　齒科醫師國家試驗書記五人を置き、三級の厚生事務官のうちから、厚生大臣がこれを命ずる。
Article 8.　Five clerks of the State Examination for Dentists shall be appointed, and the Minister of Welfare shall appoint them from among the third class officials of the Ministry of Welfare.
書記は、上司の指揮を承け、庶務に從事する。
These clerks, under the direction of the superiors, shall take charge of general affairs.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、昭和二十一年九月一日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from September 1, 1946.
