I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendment to be made to Postal Savings Interest Rate Ordinance and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 395
The following amendment shall be made to Postal Savings Interest Rate Ordinance.
In Article 5, "5,000 yen" shall read "10,000 yen."
Supplementary Provision:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
