朕は、傳染病硏究所官制の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendment of Regulations governing the Organization of the Infection Disease Research Institute and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 393
傳染病硏究所官制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
The following amendment is made to a part of the Imperial Ordinance governing the Organization of the Infection Disease Research Institute (Densembyo Kenkyujo).
第四條中「專任七人」を「專任九人」に、「 專任三人 專任五十九人 」を「 專任五人 專任六十六人 」に改める。
In Article 4, "full-time staff-7" shall read "full-time staff-9," and "full-time-3; full-time-59" } shall read "full-time-5; full-time-66 ."}

Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
