朕は、文部省官制の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendment of the Regulations governing the organization of Education Ministry and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 385
文部省官制の一部を次のやうに改正する。
The following amendment shall be made to a part of the Regulations governing the Organization of Education Ministry:
第九條中「專任百九十六人」を「專任二百人」に改める。
In Article 9, "regular officials 196" shall read "regular officials 200."
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
