Article 1. The Price Stabilization Committee shall be subject to the superintendence by the Prime Minister, and investigate and consider the matters which belong to the competence of the Committee in accordance with the provisions of Article 24, of the Price Control Ordinance.
物價安定委員會は、前項の事項について關係行政官廳に建議することができる。
The Price Stabilization Committee may propose to the Administrative Office concerned about the matters mentioned in the preceding paragraph.
Article 2. The Price Stabilization Committee shall be organized of the Central Price Stabilization Committee (hereinafter called the Central Committee) and the Local Price Stabilization Committee (hereinafter called the Local Committee).
中央委員會は、內閣にこれを置く。
The Central Committee shall be instituted in the Cabinet.
地方委員會は、內閣總理大臣の定める地域ごとにこれを置き、內閣總理大臣の定める名稱を冠する。
The Local Committee shall be instituted at every place designated by the Prime Minister and shall be called by the name designated by him.
第三條 中央委員會は、會長一人、副會長一人及び委員三十人以內で、これを組織する。
Article 3. The Central Committee shall be organized of one president, one vice-president, and not more than thirty members of the Committee.
前項の定員の外必要ある場合においては、臨時委員を置くことができる。
In addition to the fixed members under the preceding paragraph, temporary members may be appointed, if it is deemed necessary.
第四條 中央委員會の會長は、物價廳長官を以て、これに充てる。
Article 4. The post of the presidency of the Central Committee shall be held concurrently by the Director-General of the price Board.
The vice-president, members and temporary members of the Committee shall be appointed by the Cabinet from among the 1st class officials of the governments offices concerned and learned and experienced persons in accordance with the Prime Minister's re-commendation to the Throne.
第五條 地方委員會は、會長一人及び委員三十人以內で、これを組織する。
Article 5. The Local Committee shall be organized of one president and not more than thirty members of the Committee.
前項の定員の外必要ある場合においては、臨時委員を置くことができる。
In addition to the fixed members under the preceding paragraph, temporary members may be appointed, if it is deemed necessary.
Article 6. The president of the Local Committee shall be appointed by the Cabinet from among the 1st class officials of the government offices concerned and learned and experienced persons in accordance with the Prime Minister's recommendation to the Throne.
第七條 會長は、會務を總理する。
Article 7. The president shall preside over the business of the Committee.
副會長は、會長を補佐し、會長が事故あるときは、その職務を代理する。
The vice-president shall assist the president, and act for the latter, in case any obstacle happens to the president.
會長及び副會長が事故あるときは、內閣總理大臣の指名する委員が、會長の職務を代理する。
In case any obstacle happens to the president and vice-president, the members designated by the Prime Minister shall act for them.
第八條 中央委員會に專門の事項を調査させるため專門委員を置くことができる。
Article 8. The Central Committee may set up the Special Committee in order to investigate the special matters concerned.
專門委員は、內閣總理大臣の奏請によつて、學識經驗ある者の中から、內閣で、これを命ずる。
Member of the Special Committee shall be appointed by the Cabinet from among learned and experienced persons in accordance with the Prime Minister's recommendation to the Throne.
第九條 物價安定委員會に幹事長及び幹事を置く。
Article 9. The Price Stabilization Committee shall set up the chairman and secretaries.
The chairman and secretaries shall be appointed by the Cabinet from among the 1st class or 2nd class officials of the government offices concerned and learned and experienced persons in accordance with the Prime Minister's recommendation to the Throne.
幹事長及び幹事は、上司の命を承けて、會議事項について調査及び立案を掌る。
The chairman and secretaries shall have charge of investigating and planning about matters of the conferences in accordance with the order from higher officers.
第十條 物價安定委員會の庶務は、物價廳においてこれを掌る。
Article 10. The Price Board shall have charge of the general affairs of the Committee.
附 則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
