I hereby give My Sanction, with the advice of the Privy Council, to the partial amendments made to the Imperial Ordinance relating to the person who is to be ranked in the members of the Cabinet as Minister of State in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 in regard to the Regulations governing the organization of the Cabinet of the Ordinance No. 843 of the fifteenth year of Showa (1940) and cause the same to be promulgated.
