審議経過

朕は、樞密顧問の諮詢を經て、昭和十五年勅令第八百四十三號內閣官制第十條の規定に依り國務大臣として內閣員に列せしめられたる者に關する勅令の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My Sanction, with the advice of the Privy Council, to the partial amendments made to the Imperial Ordinance relating to the person who is to be ranked in the members of the Cabinet as Minister of State in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 in regard to the Regulations governing the organization of the Cabinet of the Ordinance No. 843 of the fifteenth year of Showa (1940) and cause the same to be promulgated.

勅令第三百七十七號
Imperial Ordinance No. 377
昭和十五年勅令第八百四十三號の一部を次のやうに改正する。
Part of the Imperial Ordinance of the fifteenth year of Showa (1940) shall be amended as follows:
第二項中「五人以內」を「六人以內」に改める。
In Paragraph 2 "not more than five persons" shall read "not more than six persons".
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
