I hereby give My Sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the date of enforcement of the partial amendments of Mail Law (Law No. 3 of the 21st year of Showa (1946)) and cause the same to be promulgated.

昭和二十一年法律第三號は、昭和二十一年七月二十五日から、これを施行する。
Law No. 3 of the twenty-first year of Showa (1946) shall come into force as from the twenty-fifth day of the seventh month of the twenty-first year of Showa (July 25, 1946).
