朕は、大藏省給與局臨時設置制を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My Sanction to the Temporary Establishment of the Bureau of Allowances in the Ministry of Finance and cause the same to be promulgated.

大藏省給與局臨時設置制
TEMPORARY ESTABLISHMENT OF THE BUREAU OF ALLOWANCES OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE
臨時に大藏省に給與局を置き、各廳における官吏、官吏の待遇を受ける者、囑託者、雇員、傭人及び工員竝びに國庫から給與の支給を受けるその他の者の給與一般に關する事務を掌らせる。
The Bureau of Allowances shall be temporarily established in the Ministry of Finance and shall be charged with the affairs regarding allowances in general, of government officials, those treated as such, "shokutakuin," "koin," "yonin," "koin" and others who receive allowances from the Treasury.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
