Supplementary Provisions:
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
For those in the Army and not yet demobilized when this Ordinance comes into force, the former Ordinance and Regulations shall remain in force even after the enforcement of this Ordinance until they are demobilized.
