審議経過

朕は、戰爭に因り昭和二十年度中に生じた損害の塡補に關する漁船保險再保險金を支出するため、小切手の振出期限を延長すること等に關する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give my sanction to the Ordinance concerning the postponement of the date of terminating the drawing of cheque for the payments of the Fishing Boat Reinsurance in order to compensate for the Josses accrued from the war during the fiscal year of 1945-46, and cause the said Ordinance to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 290
戰爭に因り昭和二十年度中に生じた損害の塡補について、漁船保險法に基いて支拂ふべき再保險金を支出するため、支出官が小切手を振り出すのは、昭和二十一年六月十五日限りとする。
The drawing of cheque by a disbursing official in order to defray war time reinsurance payments which the Government is obliged to pay, as fixed by the Fishing Boat Insurance Law in order to compensate for the losses accrued from the war during the fiscal year of 1945-46, will be terminated on June 15th, 1946.
前項の再保險金を日本銀行が支拂ふのは、昭和二十一年六月三十日限りとする。
The payment of reinsurance referred to in the above paragraph by the Bank of Japan will be terminated on June 30, 1946.
第一項の規定によつて振り出した小切手の金額で、前項の期限までに支拂濟とならなかつた金額に相當する資金は、これを漁船再保險特別會計法第三條の剩餘金に組み入れないで、繰越整理するものとする。
If any cheque drawn in accordance with the 1st paragraph mentioned above is not paid within the time fixed in the above paragraph, the amount will not be paid into the surplus under Article 3 of the Special Account Law of the Fishing Boat Reinsurance but will be carried over to the following year.

Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
