朕は、特許標準局官制の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give Our Sanction to the Ordinance concerning the Amendment to the Regulations Governing the Organization of the Patents and Standards Board and cause the same to be promulgated.

勅令第二百七十一號
Imperial Ordinance No. 271
特許標準局官制を次のやうに改正する。
The following amendment shall be made to the Regulations governing the Organization of the Patents and Standards Board.
第二條中「專任八十五人」を「專任九十人」に、「專任七十一人」を「專任七十四人」に改める。
In Article 2, "principal official, eighty-five (85) persons" shall read "principal official, ninety (90) persons", and "principal official, seventy-one (71) persons" shall read "principal official, seventy-four (74) persons".
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
