We hereby give Our sanction to the Ordinance for the Abrogation of the Prize Court Ordinance and Others and cause the said Ordinance to be promulgated.

捕獲審檢令及昭和十六年勅令第千百四十三號ハ之ヲ廢止ス
The Prize Court Ordinance and Imperial Ordinance No. 1, 143 issued in 1941 are hereby abolished.

Supplementary Provision:
本令ハ公布ノ日ヨリ之ヲ施行ス
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
