朕昭和二十年勅令第六十七號（明治三十二年勅令第二百四十三號船員手帳ノ交付、訂正又ハ書換等ニ關スル手數料ノ件停止ノ件）廢止ノ件ヲ裁可シ玆ニ之ヲ公布セシム
We hereby give Our sanction to the abrogation of the Imperial Ordinance No. 67 of the Twentieth Year of Showa (1945) concerning the suspension of charging a fee for the delivery, correction or rewriting and others of the seamen's registration book and cause the same to be promulgated.

昭和二十年勅令第六十七號ハ之ヲ廢止ス
The Imperial Ordinance No. 67 of the Twentieth Year of Showa (1945) shall be abrogated.
附　則
Supplementary Provisions:
本令ハ公布ノ日ヨリ之ヲ施行ス
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
