I hereby give My Sanction with the advice of the Privy Council to the Law concerning the Special Instance of the Diet Law, for which the concurrence of the Imperial Diet has been obtained, and cause the same to be promulgated.

Law No.59

今期の帝國議会において両議院の議決を経た議案については、議院法第三十二條の規定は、これを適用しない。

The provisions of Article 32 of the Diet Law shall not apply to the Bills which have passed both the Houses in the present Diet.

附　則

Supplementary Provision:

この法律は、公布の日から、これを施行する。

The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
