MEMORANDUM FOR

IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.

SUBJECT

Osaka-london Wireless Circuit.

1. Memorandum, General Headquarters, Supreme Commander For The Allied Powers, file AG 311.23 (11 Jan 46) CCS, dated 11 January 1946 subject: "Establishment of Sender Composition and Press Service between Great Britain and the Tokyo area" is supplemented as follows.
a. Paragraph 5 is amended to include as additional filing places for messages the following.
Yokohama: The Yokohama Central Post Office Building.
Kure : The Main Post Office Building.
b. Paragraph 10 is rescinded and the following instructions substituted therefor:
(1) Messages bearing any of the following addresses or identifications: "Naval Party 2504", "BCOF", "BRINDIV" or "BRINDJAP", will be delivered to the British Commonwealth Occupation Forces (BCOF) Headquarters at Kure.
(2) All messages not addressed as above will be delivered to the British Embassy at Tokyo for distribution.
2. The above instructions are effective upon receipt.
