1. Reference is made to C.L.O. No. 946 (3.3) dated 8 December 1945 and directive this Headquarters AG 352 (24 Dec 45). Subj: Operation of Electrotechnical Laboratory, 24 December 1945.
2. Paragraph 3 of the above directive is amended to add the following:
"g. Radio and radar aids to navigation."
