MEMORANDUM FOR

IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.

THROUGH

Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.

SUBJECT

Manufacture of Acoustic Bombs and Drag Nets at Maizuru Arsenal.

1. Reference is made to:
a. Memorandum, this Headquarters, dated 20 October 1945, subject: "Manufacture of Acoustic Bombs at Maizuru Arsenal."
b. Memorandum, this Headquarters, dated 13 November, subject: "Manufacture of Acoustic Bombs and Drag Nets at Maizuru Arsenal."
2. These portions of the memorandums referred to in paragraph 1 above authorizing the manufacture of acoustic bombs at Maizuru Navy Yard are rescinded.
3. The authority granted in the memorandum referred to in paragraph 1b above for the manufacture of one hundred (100) sets of drag nets is not affected by this memorandum.
4. Production of the drag nets authorized will be under the direct supervision of the Commanding General, Sixth United States Army.
5. Allocation and use of the drug nets authorized will be under the direction of the Commander, Fifth United States Fleet.
