MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Repatriation of Koreans and Chinese by Landing Ships, Tank.

1.Memorandum this headquarters, file AG 370.05 (15 Nov 45)GC, dated 15 November 1945, subject: "Repatriation" and AG 370.05 (26 Nov 45)GC, dated 26 November 1945 same subject are superseded by this memorandum.
2.It is planned to use Landing Ships, Tanks leaving Sasebo for outloading repatriates for Korea only and to use recovered Japanese shipping to transport any Chinese repatriates in Japan who desire to return to China.
3.In conformity with the above the Imperial Japanese Government will:
a.Prepare and execute plans to receive at Sasebo 3,000 repatriates daily by Landing Ships, Tank from China.
b.Outload at Sasebo daily 3,000 repatriates for Korea.
c.Continue to request from this headquarters and SCAJAP transportation on recovered Japanese shipping for Chinese desirous of returning to China.
