MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Repatriation

1.Reference is made to Memo Imperial Japanese Government, file AG 370.05(15 Nov 45)GC, dated 15 November 1945, subject: "Repatriation."
2.Definite instructions indicated in paragraph 3 reference letter follows.
a.Beginning 28 November and on alternate days thereafter outload 3,000 Koreans on Landing Ships, Tank leaving Sasebo for Kunsan, Korea.
b.Beginning 29 November and on alternate days thereafter outload at Sasebo 3,000 Chinese formerly domiciled in North China on Landing Ships, Tank destined for North China ports.
c.Regulate flow of repatriates to insure capacity and avoid congestion.
