MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.

SUBJECT	Apprehension of Japanese Personnel.

1. The Imperial Japanese Government will apprehend and deliver to the authorities of the Omori Prison Camp for incarceration not later than 12 o'clock midnight, 12 December 1945, the following individuals:

2. In the event that Japanese Government is unable to deliver any of these individuals by the appointed time, it will make a report in detail giving the present location of the individuals not arrested, the reason for failure to arrest, and the date by which deliver can be expected.
3. In the event that individuals ordered apprehended are abroad, last known address will be reported.
