MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Apprehension of Suspected War Criminal.

Memorandum to the Imperial Japanese Government dated 6 Nov 45, file AG 000.5 (6 Nov 45) LS-R, wherein the Imperial Japanese Government was directed to deliver one NAKAGAWA, Yukihiro, Yonin (HQ), to the Commanding General, EIGHTH Army at Sugamo Prison (Tokyo Detention Camp), at the earliest possible date, is amended to delete said NAKAGAWA's name for the reason that he was mistaken for NAKAGAWA, Tatsuo, who is presently in Sugamo Prison. This name appears as the eighth name on Page No. 10, of the above mentioned Memorandum.
