JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.

SUBJECT

Procedures for Restoration of Patents, Utility Models, Designs and Trade-Marks

1. Reference is made to the following memoranda for the Japanese Government from General Headquarters, Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers:

2. The date in paragraph 6 of memorandum referenced in paragraph 1a above, in paragraph 2 of memorandum referenced in paragraph 1b above, and paragraph 2 of memorandum referenced in paragraph 1e above, shall be amended to read as follows: “31 March 1950.”
3. Paragraph 9 of the memorandum referenced in paragraph 1c above shall be amended by deleting from the first sentence thereof the words, “within one (1) year from the date of the legislation which will carry into effect the provisions of this memorandum,” and substituting therefor the words “not later than 31 March 1951.”
