SUBJECT	Procedures for Restoration of Patents, Utility Models, and Designs to Allied Nationals.

1. Reference is made to memorandum for Japanese Government, file AG 072 (8 Apr 49)CPC/FP, SCAPIN I990, 8 April 1949, subject as above, from General Headquarters, Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers.
2. The date in paragraph 6 of memorandum referenced in paragraph 1 above shall be amended to read as follows: "1 September 1949."
