3. In addition to the above stations, the Central Meteorological Observatory is authorized to furnish the equipment and such technical control as may be necessary for the operation of climatological substations now in existence at certain primary and secondary schools. No distribution of equipment beyond that which has already been made is authorized. A complete tabulation of all such sub-stations will be presented to the Commanding Officer, 43d Weather Wing for technical approval.
4. The Central Meteorological Observatory is authorized the use of the following ships for supply and maintenance transportation to meteorological stations upon the approval of the Commanding Officer, 43d Weather Wing:
Ryofu-maru Yushio-maru Asashio-maru
Shuntu-maru Kuroshio-maru Oyashio-maru
5. The Central Meteorological Observatory will make monthly reports to the 43d Weather Wing of temporary differences between actual operational status and the authorization shown in par 2, above. The report will be entitled "Current Status of Japanese Weather Service" and will be submitted in the following format:

6. Request for changes in service rendered, activation of new stations and inactivation of stations will be submitted through the Central Liaison Office for approval by the Japanese Government, through the 43d Weather Wing for technical approval, to SCAP for final authorization. The request will be in the following form and will include all of the items shown:
