1. Reference is made to:
a. AG 000.93 (25 Sep 47) GB/P&E, SCAPIN 1782, 25 September 1947, subject: Japanese Weather Service
b. C.L.C.O. No. 2684 (2P), 26 July 1948, subject: Application for Installation of Seismograph at Shimizu Weather Station
2. Application for permission to install a seismograph at Shimizu weather station, as requested in reference 1b above is approved.
3. That part of reference 1a above, which reads:
