SUBJECT

Expansion of Radiotelegraph Service via the United States.

1. Reference is made to memorandum for the Japanese Government, file AG 311.23 (2 Apr 48)CCS, SCAPIN 1759/4, dated 2 April 1948, subject as above.
2. So much of inclosure 1, SCAPIN 1759/4 as pertains to word charges and division of revenue for full rate radiotelegrams destined for Belgian Congo, Iraq, and Persian Gulf areas are hereby rescinded, and the following substituted in lieu thereof:
