MEMORANDUM FOR	JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
SUBJECT	Expansion of Radiotelegraph Service via the United States.

1. Reference is made to memorandum for the Japanese Government, file AG 311.23 (17 Apr 48)CCS, SCAPIN 1759/5, dated 17 April 1948, subject as above.
2. So much of SCAPIN 1759/5 as pertains to word charges and division of revenue for full rate radiotelegrams destined to Belgian Congo is hereby rescinded and the following substituted in lieu thereof.
