MEMORANDUM FOR

SUBJECT

Control of Radio Communications.

1. Reference is made to Memoranda to the Imperial Japanese Government, file AG 676.3(29 Aug 46)CCS, (SCAPIN 1166), dated 29 August 1946, subject as above, file AG 676.3(20 Sep 46)CCS, (SCAPIN 1222), dated 20 September 1946, subject as above, and amendments thereto.
2. The Japanese Military of Communications has proposed further changes to the Master List of Frequencies Assigned for use by the Japanese Government by the reference memoranda as published and amended. Additions, deletions and changes subsequent to publication of the last amendment to Master List of Frequencies Assigned for use by the Japanese Government are approved and listed in Inclosure 1, to be effective 31 March 1947.
3. The Inclosure 2 to SCAPIN 1222 is amended by deleting the following radio stations:
