Revised Listing of Aircraft Factories Military and Naval Arsenals and Research Laboratories. |
1. Reference is made to Memorandum for the Imperial Japanese Government, dated 28 May 1946 (SCAPIN-987), subject: Custody, Control and Protective Maintenance of Japanese Aircraft Plans, Arsenals and Laboratories,” with inclosure, “List of Aircraft Factories, Army and Navy Arsenals, and Laboratories.”
2. Attached as Annexes VII, VIII and IX are revisions to the list of Aircraft Factories, Army and Navy Arsenals and Laboratories referred to in paragraph 1, above. All plants on Annex VII are removed from the list. Plants appearing on Annex VIII are added to above mentioned list. Corrections are noted on Annex IX.
3. Within seventy-two (72) hours of the receipt of this memorandum, the Japanese Government will have qualified representatives report to the Commanding General, Eighth United States Army and to the Commander Naval Activities, Japan, to receive instructions with regard to establishment of or releasing from custody and control, installations affected by revisions of the listsreferred to in paragraph 1, above.
