1. It is directed that par. 2 of SCAPIN 301, 7 March 1946, be deleted and the following substituted therefor:
2. The Imperial Japanese government is directed to establish, or rehabilitate and operate, the following meteorological stations as long as such stations continue to be of service to the Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers:
