MEMORANDUM FOR

IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.

SUBJECT

Destruction of Former Japanese Naval Vessels.

1. Supplementing Memorandum to the Imperial Japanese Government, AG 045.93 (30 Apr 46) GD (SCAPIN 910) the following ex-Japanese Naval Vessels are released to the Imperial Japanese Government for destruction by scrapping or other approved manner.
a. All remaining submarines, including partially constructed submarines.
b. All combatant vessels larger than Destroyers, not covered in SCAPIN 910 and not employed in repatriation or mine sweeping.
2. The provisions of paragraph 3 of the above-mentioned Memorandum to the Imperial Japanese Government are applicable to this directive.
