The Telegraph and Telephone Charges La (Law No.105 of 1948) shall be partially amend as follows:

1.Urgent

A half of charges for telegram (as for multiple telegram, including multiple charge).
3.Notification of delivery by telegram
Basic rate for ordinary telegram plus 5 yen.
4.Notification of delivery by mail
2 times the rate of second-class mail matter plus 5 yen.
5.Pursuit of telegram to follow
per pursuit
Charge for initial telegram plus 5 yen.
6.Retransmission of retransmitted telegram

Charge for initial telegram plus 5 yen.
7.Multiple
