電信電話料金法の一部を改正する法律
Law for Partial Amendments to the Telegraph and Telephone Charges Law
電信電話料金法（昭和二十三年法律第百五号）の一部を次のように改正する。
The Telegraph and Telephone Charges Law (Law No.105 of 1948) shall be partially amended as follows:
別表一　電信に関する料金、第一類電報に関する料金、第一　電報料の十を次のように改める。
In Item 1 Telegraph Rates of Chapter 1 Rates in reference to Telegram of Annexed Table 1 Rates in reference to Telegraph, 10 shall be amended as follows:
十　気象通知電報 （月額）
　（一）気象特報 { 符号訳文 七十円八十円
　（二）気象警報 五十円
10.Weather Information Telegram For one month
(1) Special Meterological Advice {Code 70 yen{Translation 80 yen
(2)Meteorological Warning 50 yen
同表、第三類中「外国電報」を「国際電報」に、「対外放送電報」を「発信」に、「外国放送電報」を「受信」に、「四千二百円」を「一万五千円」に、「六千三百円」を「二万六千円」に、「三千五百円」を「二万三千円」に、「八千円」を「二万八千円」に、「一万二千円」を「四万八千円」に、「六千七百円」を「四万一千円」に、「一千二百円」を「一万二千円」に、「一千八百円」を「二万二千円」に、「一千円」を「一万九千円」に改める。
In Chapter 3 of the same Table, "Foreign Telegram" , "Outgoing Newscast Telegrams" , "Incoming Newscast Telegrams" , "4,200" "6,300" , "3,500" , "8,000" , "12,000" , "6,700" , "1,200" , "1,800" and "1,000" , shall be amended as "International Telegram" , "Transmitting Service" , "Receiving Service" , "15,000" , "26,000" , "23,000" , "28,000" , "48,000" , "41,000" , "12,000" , "22,000" , and "19,000" , respectively.
別表二　電話に関する料金、第一類、加入電話に関する料金、第二　電話使用料の一中「度数料金制施行局」を「度数料金制による場合」に、「共同加入」を「共同加入（二の共同に限る。）」に改める。
In 1 of Item II Rate for use of telephone of Chapter 1 Rates in reference to subscribed telephone of Annexed Table 2 Rates in Reference to Telephone, "Office adopting message rate system" and "Party subscription" shall be amended as "In case of adopting message rate system" and "Party subscription (2 party only)" respectively.
同表、同類、第二　電話使用料の二中「均一料金制施行局」を「均一料金制による場合」に改め、共同加入の部を次のように改める。

同表、同類、第九　臨時電話に関する料金の三を削る。
In Item IX Rate in reference to the temporary telephone of the same Chapter of the same Table, 3 shall be deleted.
同表、同類の第九の次に次のように加える。
In the same Chapter of the same Table, the following one item shall be added next to Item IX:

Supplementary Provision:
この法律は、昭和二十六年七月一日から施行する。
This Law shall come into force as from July 1, 1951.
