Law for Abolition of the Securities Transfer Tax Law
The Securities Transfer Tax Law (Law No.7 of 1937) shall be abolished.
Supplementary Provisions:
1. This Law shall come into force as from April 1, 1950.
2. As regards the securities transfer tax imposed or to have been imposed before the enforcement of this Law, the old Law shall still be effective.
3. As regards the application of penal provisions to the offense committed prior to the enforcement of this Law, the old Law shall still be effective.
