The Law concerning the Decision or Revision in the Fixed Prices of Manufactured Tobacco (Law No.84 of 1948) shall be amended as follows:

Supplementary Provisions:
1. This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
2. The Law concerning the Revision on the Price of Manufactured Tobacco "Shinsei" (Law No.41 of 1948) shall be abolished.
