Law for Partial Amendment to the Health Insurance Law
A part of the Health Insurance Law (Law No.70 of 1922) shall be amended as follows:
In Article 3, Paragraph 2 shall be amended as follows:
The amount of the standard remuneration of the insured person shall be determined on the basis of the monthly amount of the insured person's remuneration in accordance with the classes prescribed in the following table:

Supplementary Provisions:
1.　The present Law shall come into force as from January 1, 1949.
2.　With respect to the person who has been qualified as insured prior to the date of enforcement of this Law and who comes under the 27th class of the standard remuneration as prescribed in Article 3 of The Health Insurance Law (Law No.70 of 1922), Article 3, Paragraph 3 the same Law shall apply on presumption that he is newly qualified as insured on such date.
