Law for Partial Amendments to the Law for the Establishment of Inferior Courts and Their Territorial Jurisdiction
下級裁判所の設立及び管轄区域に関する法律（昭和二十二年法律第六十三号）の一部を次のように改正する。
The Law for the Establishment of Inferior Courts and Their Territorial Jurisdiction (Law No. 63 of 1947) shall partially be amended as follows:
第一條中「別表第三表」を「別表第四表」に改め、「地方裁判所を、」の下に「別表第三表の通り家庭裁判所を、」を加える。
In Article 1, "the Annexed Table No. 3" shall read "the Annexed Table No. 4" and "Family Courts as mentioned in the Annexed Table No. 3" shall be added after "District Courts."
第二條中「別表第四表」を「別表第五表」に改め、「地方裁判所」の下に「、家庭裁判所」を加える。
In Article 2, "the Annexed Table No. 4" shall read "the Annexed Table No. 5" and "Family Courts" shall be added after "District Courts."
別表中「（第三表）」を「（第四表）」に、「（第四表）」を「（第五表）」に改め、別表第二表の次に次の一表を加える。
In the Annexed Tables, "(Table No. 3)" and "(Table No. 4)" shall respectively read "(Table No. 4)" and "(Table No. 6)" and next to the Annexed Table No. 2 the following one table shall be added:

Supplementary Provisions:
１　この法律は、昭和二十四年一月一日から施行する。
1.　The present Law shall come into force as from January 1, 1949.
２　この法律施行前に從前の管轄裁判所で受理した事件は、その裁判所で完結する。
2.　The cases which were received, prior to the enforcement of the present Law, by the Court which had hitherto jurisdiction over such cases shall be concluded by the said court.
