I hereby give My sanction to the Ordinance relating to the abolition of the Imperial Household Ordinances for the Organizations of tire Imperial Forestry and Estates Bureau, etc., and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Household Ordinance No. 10
左ニ掲グル皇室令ハ之ヲ廢止ス
The following Imperial Household Ordinances shall be abolished:
帝室林野局官制
The Imperial Household Ordinance for the Organization of the Imperial Forestry and Estates Bureau;
不要存御料地處分令
The Imperial Household Ordinance for the Disposition of the Imperial Forestry and Estates considered unnecessary to be retained;
大正十四年皇室令第十號

附 則
Supplementary Provisions:
本令ハ公布ノ日ヨリ之ヲ施行ス
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
當分ノ内土地ノ管理ニ関スル事務ハ主殿頭之ヲ掌ル
The Director of the Maintenance, Works and Supplies Bureau shall take charge of matters relating to the administration of the Imperial estates for the time being.
帝室林野局會計ノ殘務處理ニ於ケル帝室林野局會計主管部局長官ノ職務ハ内藏頭之ヲ行フ
As for the arrangement of affairs relating to the accounts of the Imperial Forestry and Estates Bureau, the Director of the Imperial Treasury Bureau shall perform the duties of the Chief of the Section in charge of the accounts of the said Bureau.
本令施行前ニ為シタル不要存御料地ノ處分ニ付テハ不要存御料地處分令及附屬法令ハ仍其ノ效力ヲ有ス
The Ordinance for the Disposition of the Imperial Forestry and Estates considered unnecessary to be retained, and its accessory regulations shall hold good for the dispositions of the Imperial forestry and estates considered unnecessary to be retained, which were made before the present Ordinance comes into force
