Imperial Household Ordinance No. 6
皇室會計令中左ノ通改正ス
第六條第三號中「及林野資金ノ補填ニ要スル費用」ヲ削ル
In paragraph 3 of Article 6, the terms, "and expenditures required for reimbursing the Forestry and Estates Fund," shall be deleted.
第十條ノ二ヲ削ル
Article 10-(2) shall be deleted.
第十一條乃至第十六條 削除
Article 11 to Article 16 inclusive shall be deleted.
第二十條但書ヲ削ル
The proviso of Article 20 shall be deleted.
第二十八條及第四十八條中「、資金及基金」ヲ削ル
In Articles 28 and 48, the terms, " the Accounts of Reserve Articles Fund, and the Accounts of Forestry and Estates Fund," shall be deleted.
附 則
Supplementary Provisions:
本令ハ公布ノ日ヨリ之ヲ施行ス
The present Ordinance shall come into effect as from the day of its promulgation.
從前ノ豫備品資金、林野資金、學習院基金及女子學習院基金ハ本令施行ノ際之ヲ御資會計財本部ニ移入スヘシ
The former Reserve Articles Fund, Forestry and Estates Fund, Gakushuin Fund and Joshi Gakushuin Fund shall be transferred into the Accounts of Negotiable Property relating to Principal when the present Ordinance come into effect.
