朕舊堂上華族保護資金令中改正ノ件ヲ裁可シ茲ニ之ヲ公布セシム
I hereby give My sanction to the Ordinance regarding the amendment of the Old Court Nobles Fund Ordinance, and cause the same to be promulgated.

皇室令第五號
Imperial Household Ordinance No. 5
舊堂上華族保護資金令中左ノ通改正ス
The following amendment shall be made to the Old Court Nobles Fund Ordinance:
第二十八條中「昭和三十五年十二月三十一日」ヲ「昭和二十一年二月二十八日」ニ改メ同條但書ヲ削ル
In Article 28, the terms, "December 31, 1960," shall read " February 28, 1946," and the proviso of the same Article shall be deleted.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
本令ハ公布ノ日ヨリ之ヲ施行ス
The present Ordinance shall come into effect as from the day of its promulgation.
