朕御資會計財本部ニ屬スル現金、登録國債又ハ有價證劵ヲ納税ノ用ニ充ツルコトヲ得ルノ件ヲ裁可シ茲ニ之ヲ公布セシム
I hereby give My sanction to the Ordinance regarding the permission to make use of the cash, registered national bonds or securities of the Section of Negotiable Property Account relating to Principal, for the purpose of paying taxes, and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Household Ordinance No. 4
戰時補償特別措置法、財産税法及附屬法令ヲ御料ニ關シ準用スルニ際シ必要アルトキハ勅裁ヲ經テ御資會計財本部ニ屬スル現金、登録國債又ハ有價證券ヲ以テ直ニ納税ノ用ニ充ツルコトヲ得
In applying with due modifications the War Indemnity Special Measures Law and the Capital Levy Law and their related regulations to the Imperial Household properties, it shall be permitted in case of necessity, with Imperial approval, for the cash registered national bonds or securities of the Section of Negotiable Property Account relating to Principal, to be made immediate use of for the purpose of paying taxes.

本令ハ公布ノ日ヨリ之ヲ施行ス
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
