朕樞密顧問ノ諮詢ヲ經テ王公家軌範中改正ノ件ヲ裁可シ茲ニ之ヲ公布セシム
I hereby give My sanction, with the advice of the Privy Council, to the Ordinance regarding the amendments of the Regulations of the Main and Branch Houses of Prince Ri, and cause the same to be promulgated.

皇室令第三號
Imperial Household Ordinance No. 3
王公家軌範中左ノ通改正ス
The Regulations of the Main and Branch Houses of Prince Ri shall be amended as follows:
第六十一條第一項中「朝鮮貴族ニ列セ」ヲ「王族又ハ公族ノ列ヲ離レ」ニ改ム
In Article 61, paragraph 1, "may be given the status of Korean peer" shall read, "may be allowed to give up the status of a Prince or Princess of the Main or a Branch House of Prince Ri."
第六十二條中「朝鮮貴族ニ列セラレ」ヲ「王族又ハ公族ノ列ヲ離レ」ニ改ム
In Article 62, "those who have been given the status of Korean peer" shall read, "those who have given up the status of a Prince or a Princess of the Main or a Branch House of Prince Ri."
第八十一條　租税ニ關スル法令中親族トアルトキハ王公族ニ付テハ血族ハ六親等内ニ限リ之ヲ親族トシ戸主又ハ同居家族トアルトキハ王公族ニ付テハ宮内大臣カ大藏大臣ト協議ノ上戸主又ハ當該戸主ノ同居家族ニ該當スル者ト決定シタル者ヲ戸主又ハ同居家族ト看做シ家督相續トアルトキハ宮内大臣カ大藏大臣ト協議ノ上戸主ニ該當スル者ト決定シタル王公族ノ薨去ニ因リ開始シタル相續ヲ家督相續ト看做ス
Article 81 shall read:　"As far as the Princes and Princesses of the Main and Branch Houses of Prince Ri are concerned, the provisions of the laws, ordinances, and other regulations relating to taxation shall be interpreted in accordance with the following: The term, "relatives", shall be applicabl to the relatives by blood to the sixth degree. The term, "head of a house," or "inmate member of a family," shall be applicable to those regarded as such according to he decision of the Minister of Imperial Household after the consultation with the Minister of Finance. The term, "succession to a house," shall be applicable to a succession caused by the. decease of a Prince or Princess of the Main or a Branch House of Prince Ri, who has been regarded as head of the house according to the decision: of the Minister of Imperial Household after the consultation with the Minister of Finance.

Supplementary Provisions:
本令ハ公布ノ日ヨリ之ヲ施行ス
The present Ordinance shall come into oforce as from the day of its promulgation.
大正十五年皇室令第十八號ハ之ヲ廢止ス
The Imperial Household Ordinance No. 18,1926, shall be abolished.
