審議経過

朕は、昭和二十二年勅令第二十八号（臨時物資需給調整法第一條第一項の規定に基く建築等の規制に関する処分を戰災復興院総裁をして行わしめる等の勅令）の一部を改正する勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning the partial amendment to the Imperial Ordinance No. 28 of 1947 (concerning ordering the President of the Board of Reconstruction to execute the disposition relative to the regulations of the works of construction and others in accordance with the provisions of Article 1, paragraph 1 of the Law concerning the Temporary Adjustment of Supply and Demand of Commodities), and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 88
昭和二十二年勅令第二十八号の一部を次のように改正する。
Part of Imperial Ordinance No. 28 of 1947 shall be amended as follows:
同令に次の二項を加える。
The following two paragraphs shall be added to the said Ordinance:
第一項の処分に関する事務に從事せしめるため、臨時に戰災復興院に左の職員を置く。
The following officials shall be appointed temporarily in the Board of Reconstruction to take charge of the affairs concerning the disposition prescribed in par. 1:
建築監視官
Superintending Official of Construction.
內閣事務官
Secretary of the Cabinet
專任七十七人　二級
full time 77 persons　(second class).
內閣技官
Technical Official of the Cabinet
專任二百三十八人　二級
full time 238 persons　(second class).
內閣事務官又は內閣技官
Secretary or Technical Official of the Cabinet
專任二千六百四十五人　三級
full time 2645 persons　(third class).
建築監視官は、二級又は三級の內閣事務官又は內閣技官を以てこれに充てる。上官の命を受けて臨時物資需給調整法第一條第一項の規定に基く建築及び機械設備の設置等の規制に関連する監督に関する事務を掌る。
Superintending Official of Construction shall be appointed from among the Secretaries or Technical Officials of the Cabinet, 2nd or 3rd class, and by Order of senior officials take charge of affairs concerning the supervision in connection with the regulations of the construction and the establishment of the machinery equipment and others in accordance with the provisions of Art. 1, par. 1 of the Law concerning the Temporary Adjustment of Supply and Demand of Commodities.

Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
