審議経過

朕は、臨時物資需給調整法第一條第一項の規定に基く建築等の規制に関する処分を戰災復興院総裁をして行わしめる等の勅令を裁可し、ここにこれを公布せしめる。
I hereby give My sanction to the Imperial Ordinance concerning ordering the President of the Board of Reconstruction to execute management relative to the control of the works of construction and others mentioned in the provisions of paragraph 1 of Article 1 of the "Law concerning the Temporary Adjustment of Supply and Demand of Commodities," and cause the same to be promulgated.

Imperial Ordinance No. 28
臨時物資需給調整法第一條第一項の規定に基く建築及び機械設備の設置等の規制に関する許可その他の処分は、內閣総理大臣の指揮監督を受け、戰災復興院総裁がこれを行う。
The President of the Board of Reconstruction shall under the direction and supervision of the Prime Minister execute management concerning permission and others relative to control of works of construction, installation of mechanical equipment, and others covered by paragraph 1 of Article 1 of the Law concerning the Temporary Adjustment of Supply and Demand of Commodities.
前項の処分に関する事務は、內閣総理大臣の定めるところにより、当分の間、戰災復興院総裁の指揮監督を受け、地方長官又は地方商工局長をして、これを掌らしめる。
The affairs concerning management in the preceding paragraph shall be for the time being administered by the Prefectural Governors and the Directors of Local Commerce and Industry Bureaus under the direction and supervision of the President of the Board of Reconstruction as determined by the Prime Minister.
附　則
Supplementary Provision:
この勅令は、公布の日から、これを施行する。
The present Ordinance shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
